These terms govern your use of IndexOI (the "service"), provided by IndexOI. By creating an account, paying for a plan or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

IndexOI provides option-chain data and analysis for NSE index and stock options through a website, for the length of the plan you buy. The data comes from a licensed market-data provider. It is a data and analysis tool, not investment advice (see section 7 and our Disclaimer).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Your account

• Your email address is your user id. Keep your password to yourself.
• An account is for one person. Only one login can be open at a time: signing in on a new device signs out the old one.
• Sharing, reselling or renting access is not allowed and may lead to the account being closed without a refund.
• Give us correct contact details; we use them for your login, renewals and support.

4. Plans and payment

• Plans are one-time payments for a fixed period: Silver (6 Months, ₹8,000), Gold (1 Year, ₹10,000). Prices are in Indian rupees and include taxes. A coupon, where offered, is applied before you pay.
• Plans do not renew by themselves; nothing is charged again unless you choose to renew.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not see or store your card or bank details.
• Your access starts when the payment succeeds and runs to the end date shown in your account. Renewing before the end adds the new period after the current one.

5. Cancellation and refunds

6. Acceptable use

You may not copy, scrape, record, republish or redistribute the sheets or their data; attempt to get around the login or the one-login rule; or interfere with the service. Doing so may lead to suspension or closure of the account.

7. No investment advice

IndexOI is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or derivative. Options trading carries a high risk of loss; you trade on your own judgement and at your own risk.

8. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the service running through market hours, but data can be delayed, interrupted or wrong because of the exchange, the data provider, the internet or our own systems. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit or indirect loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in use at the time.

10. Intellectual property

The sheets, their design, software and content belong to IndexOI. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for its period.

11. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to delete your account.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version; material changes are announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
