Shipping and delivery policy

IndexOI is an online service. Nothing is shipped: there is no physical product and no delivery address is needed.

How you get access

• Your access is activated online, immediately after a successful payment, for the period of your plan.
• Right after payment you are shown how to sign in: your email address is your user id, and you set your own password through a secure link. We also confirm your access to the email or mobile number you gave.
• When the owner activates a plan for you directly, your login details are sent to you on WhatsApp or email the same day.

If you do not receive access

If you paid and cannot sign in within 30 minutes, write to [email protected] with your payment reference. We activate it within 24 hours; if we cannot, you get a full refund under our Cancellation and refund policy.
